“The room was nice and the service person was very nice and wanted to help. Unfortunately we arrived to a dirty room and had to leave for them to clean it. When we arrived back in the evening the AC unit would not work and no one came to fix it until the next day when we were leaving. We were told to open our window but the street below was very busy and loud. Too loud to sleep comfortably. So we slept in the warm room and left a n the morning. “I wish I could give this property a better review. The property itself was great, and room was great, the security was great (though the timer on the motion-detected lights in the hallway could be set longer - my wife had to move around in the hallway to keep the lights on while I fumbled with the key in the door lock).
